Hand Wrap Cross Cutting Machine

Hand wrap cross cutting machine is specifically designed for processing rolls of polyurethane (PU) overgrips and sweatbands; it is also suitable for sweatbands made from non-woven fabrics or terry cloth.
Production process:
Automatic unwinding → feeding to a set length → high-speed cross-cutting → output of finished products with clean, neat edges. These finished products are commonly used as wraps for the handles of badminton rackets, tennis rackets, table tennis paddles, and fitness equipment.
Features:
1. Equipped with computer control and a DC variable-speed drive for easy operation.
2. A servo system controls the cutting length, ensuring consistent dimensions for every piece.
3. Features fixed-length cutting, automatic double-sided tape application, and beveled-edge trimming at the ends; both the bevel length and the minimum width are adjustable.
